Each day, take the time to practice Kina Nima™ movement and breath. Stretch your lungs, lengthen your spine and change your life. Stand up tall. Inhale as you reach your arms upward toward your expectations. Exhale and gently bend your neck allowing your chin to point upward to the heavens. Inhale and place your conscious mind upon the center of your neck. Listen to beautiful breath as it flows behind your ears and through your throat. Exhale and relax. Bring your arms and head back to your neutral standing form. Your thoughts will be more calm and your words more clear.
